At House of Freyja, every order is personally packed with care and inspected before it leaves our studio. We take great pride in ensuring your items arrive exactly as expected.

While we carefully double-check every order, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen. If something isn't quite right, we're committed to making it right.

Our Happiness Promise

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll happily replace it at no cost to you.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please contact us within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

When contacting us, please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the item and any damage or defect

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Returns

To keep our products safe, hygienic, and fairly priced for all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchases.

Because many of our collections are curated, limited edition, or mystery-based, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or we have made an error with your order.

United States Orders

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped to the United States.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we'll gladly work with you to find the best solution.

Product Variations

Many of our stationery and accessories are sourced in small batches, which means colors, patterns, and designs may vary slightly from the product photos.

If you've selected multiple add-ons or items for a curated gift box, we'll do our very best to coordinate your order so everything complements your chosen color palette whenever possible.

These variations are part of what makes every House of Freyja order unique and are not considered defects.
