Orders

However, because many of our items are handcrafted, curated, or sourced in small batches:

Mystery & Curated Products

Our Mystery Balls, Mystery Boxes, Curated Collections, and Freyja's Picks are intentionally designed as surprise experiences.

By purchasing these products, you understand and accept that:

• Contents will vary between orders.
• Individual item requests cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated.
• Duplicate items are avoided within the same mystery collection whenever possible, but may occur across separate orders.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, House of Freyja is not responsible for delays caused by:
